Payment and Return Policy

KESHANDE Technology Payment Policy
Payment For Services:

  • By Check
    There is a 5-day waiting period before services can be rendered for new clients and 3 days for return clients.
  • By Credit Card
    There is a 5-day waiting period before services can be rendered for new clients and 3 days for return clients.
  • By Money Order
    There is a 48-hour waiting period before services can be rendered for new clients and no waiting for return clients.
  • By Cashier’s Check
    There is a 24-hour waiting period before services can be rendered for new clients and no waiting for return clients.
  • By Cash
    There is no waiting period for services to be rendered.
  • Under Contract
    There is no waiting period for clients under contract.

Check Writing Policy:
KESHANDE Technology charges $40.00 for returned checks. Once a check has been returned, KESHANDE Technology can no longer accept checks from the client issuing the check. The only forms of payment accepted will be cash, cashier’s checks and money orders.

Credit Card/Debit Card Payment Policy:
KESHANDE Technology charges $40.00 for charge backs. Once an item has been charged back, KESHANDE Technology can no longer accept credit cards or debit cards from the client issuing the payment. The only forms of payment accepted will be cash, cashier’s checks and money orders.

Return Policy:

All sales are final. We offer service-based solutions that are based on time in production and billable hours. As a result, there are no refunds or exchanges after 72 hours for service-based orders. In the event you wish to cancel your order within 72 hours, a full refund, less any costs for domain registration, website hosting, hardware purchases, software purchases, portal purchases or documented billable hours that have been expended and used, will be refunded to you. In the event tangible products are ordered, a refund will be issued if they are returned unused within 15 days. If you receive items that were damaged in delivery, and you wish to have your order replaced, please return the unused damaged items in their original packaging so that we can file a claim with the shipping company for the replacement of your items.
